The Bellemeade Bayard Parks Neighborhood Association was founded to serve the residents of our racially diverse residential neighborhood. We have a proud history of maintaining our historic neighborhood. We will take our members to the 21rst century with this same spirit. Building on the foundations which we established in the past, we will build the future, nurture new ordinances, and uphold progressive planning which protects our residents against the invasion of slum lords, drug dealers, and businesses which attract common nuisances.
